Marketing & Digital Coordinator (Part-Time, In-Person)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Marketing & Digital Coordinator to manage the digital presence of two locally owned businesses located inside Fair Oaks Mall in Fairfax, Virginia:

• The Grout Genie – a tile and grout restoration company.
• TradeWorx Academy – a DIY and trade education workshop space.

This is an in-person position . The ideal candidate has experience working with Wix , is comfortable managing social media accounts, and can independently execute day-to-day marketing and website updates.

• The Grout Genie – a tile and grout restoration company.
• TradeWorx Academy – a DIY and trade education workshop space.

This is an in-person position . The ideal candidate has experience working with Wix , is comfortable managing social media accounts, and can independently execute day-to-day marketing and website updates.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update both company websites using Wix .
• Manage workshop pages and registrations through Wix Bookings.
• Create, schedule, and publish content on Instagram and Facebook.
• Capture on-site photo and video content to support marketing efforts.
• Design marketing materials using Canva.
• Maintain a basic content calendar.
• Provide brief weekly updates on completed and upcoming work.

Requirements:

• Experience working with Wix (required).
• Experience with Wix Bookings (preferred).
• Proficiency using Canva .
• Experience managing social media accounts for a business.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in an in-person environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting small or locally owned businesses.
• Familiarity with service-based or educational businesses.
• Basic photo and video editing skills.
