Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support client financing options and debt advisory services.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal and client use.
• Assist in evaluating various financing structures including operating company debt, real estate financing, and construction loans.
• Collaborate with senior advisors to develop strategic recommendations tailored to client financial goals and market conditions.
• Monitor and interpret market trends affecting commercial lending and financing opportunities.
• Support due diligence efforts during business acquisitions, partnership buyouts, and franchise financing transactions.
• Maintain accurate and organized client financial records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Communicate complex financial information effectively to clients and internal teams.
• Assist in the assessment of risk and return associated with financing proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in financial analysis, preferably within commercial lending or financial consulting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools such as Excel and financial software applications.
• Excellent understanding of commercial lending products and debt financing structures.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate financial concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
