Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to clients in various settings.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments.

• Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.

• Monitor and document client progress towards therapy goals.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care.

• Utilize evidence-based practices in therapy sessions.

• Engage with clients and families to provide education and support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions.

• Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse client needs.

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in speech therapy.

• Participate in community outreach and awareness programs.

Experience/Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.

• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology in Virginia.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

• Experience in providing speech therapy in clinical or educational settings.

• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in speech therapy.

• Excellent communication skills for client and family engagement.

• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

• Proficiency in documenting therapy sessions accurately and timely.
