I opened my agency in 2017 after serving as a military officer and spending 20 years with Pfizer, bringing a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and teamwork into agency ownership. I attended Hampton University and am married with an adult son. Giving back is important to me, and I stay active through Kappa Alpha Psi and involvement within the local community. Our team of four works closely together in an environment built on trust, open communication, and operating in truth and love.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Devon Mack - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
