Job Title: General Maintenance Mechanic
Job Type: Full-Time
Place of Performance: Culpeper, VA
Schedule: Full-Time
Performs general maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance throughout the facility.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three (3) years maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of carpentry, doors, hardware, drywall, painting, and minor plumbing/electrical repairs.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Complete preventive maintenance work orders.
- Repair building components.
- Install hardware and fixtures.
- Perform minor carpentry and painting.
- Assist other maintenance trades.
- Maintain maintenance records.
