Gym Program Lead (Part-Time)
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 3:30 PM – 7:00/8:00 PM
PeopleShare is hiring a Gym Program Lead for a local recreation center!
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily sports, fitness, and recreational activities for youth
- Create and organize engaging activity plans
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership
- Set up, monitor, and maintain gym equipment
- Ensure a safe and positive environment for participants
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- At least 1 year of experience working with youth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check
