Logistics Coordinator (7am-5:30pm)
We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support a leading logistics and distribution company in the Richmond area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is passionate about logistics, organization, and delivering excellent service. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.
Responsibilities Include:
Coordinate and assist with outbound containers
Schedule and verify freight and container movements
Capture and document photos of outbound loads
Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation
Communicate with carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Prioritize tasks effectively to meet shipping deadlines
Support overall warehouse efficiency and workflow
Qualifications:
Experience with WMS or SAP
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Previous customer service experience
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
