This role involves representing respected nonprofit organizations, connecting with community members, and helping increase awareness for important causes.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and creating positive interactions. This position provides hands-on experience in community outreach, nonprofit marketing, event coordination, public relations, and donor engagement .

No previous nonprofit or marketing experience is required. We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals who are interested in developing professional skills in communication, outreach, and campaign support.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations at community events, outreach campaigns, and promotional activities
• Engage with community members to educate them about nonprofit programs and initiatives
• Provide professional, friendly, and informative customer interactions
• Answer questions and address concerns from supporters and community members
• Support donor engagement and fundraising awareness campaigns
• Maintain accurate campaign and supporter information
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and campaign strategy workshops
• Assist with event preparation, coordination, and execution
• Build strong relationships with community members, clients, and team members
• Stay informed about nonprofit campaigns, goals, and community initiatives
