Client Service Representative - Entry Level
We partner with charitable organizations to amplify their programs and drive positive change. We’re currently seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for our Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams, helping to process donations, manage our database, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for all external and internal fundraising inquiries.
- Provide outstanding customer care, ensuring timely acknowledgment and appreciation of new and departing donors.
- Collaborate with management and the communications team to prepare and distribute accurate, engaging donor communications.
- Support a variety of fundraising and promotional events, including planning, logistics, and on-the-day assistance.
- Oversee the maintenance of the donor database, including internal training and support to ensure accurate data entry.
- Assist the fundraising team with data input, amendments, report generation, and data queries to ensure tasks are prioritized and deadlines are met.
- Stay informed on the latest fundraising initiatives and industry news.
- Take ownership of your role by incorporating new ideas and initiatives to enhance our fundraising efforts.
Requirements:
- A passion for fundraising and a commitment to supporting a great cause; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
