Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Internal Medicine Physician in Richmond, Virginia.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Fully outpatient Internal Medicine role focused on adult primary care
• Opportunity to build long-term relationships with adult patient population
• Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or call responsibilities
• Supported by full clinical team within established outpatient setting
• Manageable outpatient patient volume within adult-focused practice model

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary up to $220,000 annually
• Health insurance with 80% employer-paid premium

• 15 PTO days plus 8 paid holidays
• CME reimbursement: $1,500 plus 5 CME days

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive outpatient Internal Medicine care to adult patients
• Manage chronic disease treatment, preventive care, and adult primary care visits
• Maintain continuity of care within outpatient panel-based environment
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative support staff to coordinate care delivery
• Maintain documentation within outpatient practice workflows

ABOUT HEARTLINE STAFFING

• Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician REQUIRED
• Active Virginia medical license REQUIRED
• Comfortable managing adult outpatient primary care REQUIRED
• Strong chronic disease management and preventive care skills REQUIRED
• Comfortable managing up to 25 patients daily REQUIRED
• Collaborative and patient-focused clinical approach REQUIRED
