Event and Promotions Assistant - Entry Level

We are currently hiring an enthusiastic and motivated Event amp; Promotions Assistant – Entry Level to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, promotional campaigns, customer engagement, and brand representation .

In this role, you will assist with the planning and execution of live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach initiatives while developing valuable professional skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

No previous experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional events and marketing campaigns
• Support event operations and ensure a positive experience for event attendees
• Interact with customers and provide information about products, services, and campaigns
• Help coordinate event materials, displays, signage, and promotional supplies
• Represent brands professionally during community events and promotional activities
• Build positive relationships with customers, vendors, and team members
• Maintain accurate event records, reports, and inventory tracking
• Collaborate with the marketing and promotions team to increase brand awareness and event participation
• Contribute creative ideas to improve event engagement and customer experiences
