Job Title: MedSpa Receptionist

As the first point of contact for clients, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing a welcoming and efficient experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, manage automated scheduling system and assist clients with inquiries about services and pricing.
- Coordinate and confirm appointments, sending reminders to clients via automated system(s).
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere.
- Process client payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage financial transactions accurately.
- Assist clients in completing necessary forms and paperwork, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Collaborate with estheticians and other staff to coordinate schedules and optimize appointment bookings.
- Keep inventory of retail products, assist with product sales, and provide information about available promotions.
- Address client concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate staff members when necessary.
- Stay informed about spa services, packages, and promotions to effectively communicate with clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using appointment scheduling software and handling basic administrative tasks.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
- Knowledge of basic spa and esthetic procedures is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
