Landscape Maintenance Sales/ Account Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping and Lawn Care Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new residential and commercial clients for Virginia Landscape Group. The ideal candidate will have a passion for lawn care and landscaping and a strong understanding of the latest techniques and technologies in the industry. Responsibilities:

• Cultivate new clients via cold calling and electronic means.
• Create estimates in a timely fashion to close sales.
• Maintain pipeline of sales leads and client inquiries.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our clients' lawn care and landscaping needs and preferences.
• Analyze lawn conditions and recommend the most effective treatments and maintenance plans, including mowing, pruning, and fertilizing.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Utilize technology sales skills to identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues through warm calling and in-person interactions.
• Utilize company software to track client interactions and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline.
• Negotiate with clients to provide customized lawn care and landscaping services that meet their needs and budgets.
• Work with Production Assistant to schedule projects and oversee getting materials for project completion.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in landscaping/lawn care or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with technology sales and business development.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• The ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
