Responsibilities
Assist members by clearly explaining available products and services
Respond to questions regarding existing coverage and benefits
Stay informed on evolving programs and service offerings
Review coverage regularly to help identify more efficient, cost-effective solutions
Build strong, professional relationships with clients through clear communication
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Excellent time-management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
Professional, positive, and dependable work ethic
Clear written and verbal communication skills
