Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire process
- Market properties and conduct showings to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate and finalize property transactions
- Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends and regulations
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field
- Valid real estate agent license
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of local real estate market
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales
- Proven track record of successful property transactions
- Experience working with diverse client base
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $30,000 per year
- Maximum Salary: $90,000 per year
- Currency: USD
