We’re on the hunt for a skilled HVAC Technician who knows their craft and is ready to get their hands dirty. • Troubleshoot, install, and repair HVAC systems to keep homes running smoothly.

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.

• Troubleshoot HVAC systems to keep homes running smoothly.

• Perform routine system maintenance (e.g., filter changes, belt inspections, coil cleaning).

• Repair or replace defective parts like motors, thermostats, compressors, or switches.

• Test HVAC systems for proper functioning using gauges, meters, and other instruments.

• Measure airflow, temperature differentials, and system pressure.

• Wire electrical components and control systems.

• Explain system issues and solutions to customers in understandable terms

• Follow safety protocols and industry standards, including NADCA guidelines, to deliver top-notch service every time.

• Communicate with customers clearly about what’s needed, what’s being done, and any add-on repairs or changes (earn commission for upsells!).
• Respond quickly to service requests, showing customers they can count on us.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with, installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems —you know the ins and outs of keeping them running right, troubleshooting/diagnosing issues, and repairing HVAC systems as needed.
• Ability to read blueprints and manuals to understand HVAC layouts and specs.
• Problem-solving skills to tackle challenges and find the best solutions.
• Physical stamina to handle tight spaces, ladders, and the demands of the job.
• Strong communication skills to keep customers and teammates in the loop.

• Experience with advanced HVAC systems
• Familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning practices
• Sales savvy
• Bilingual skills in Spanish would be a huge plus! But NOT required.
