ResponsibilitiesOversee daily sales activities to ensure the office consistently hits growth objectives.
Mentor a group of sales agents, providing them with the guidance and tools they need to succeed.
Analyze sales metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement and celebrate team wins.
Cultivate a welcoming environment that encourages healthy competition and professional growth.
Coordinate with local Fredericksburg business partners to build community awareness of our insurance offerings.
Handle escalated client inquiries with patience and a solution-oriented mindset.
RequirementsActive Virginia Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance license.
Three or more years of experience managing sales teams in the insurance industry.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly production targets.
Experience coaching team members through performance feedback and professional development.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex schedules.
Familiarity with agency management software and digital sales tracking tools.
