Reach Lift Material Handling Technician
Own the Aisles in Richmond, VA
Picture your first week: you run a pre-shift inspection on your reach lift, slide pallets into tight racking with inches to spare, scan each move to keep counts flawless, and help your team hit the day’s targets—all while keeping the floor spotless and safety front and center.
How you’ll contribute
- Operate a reach lift to safely load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Capture every transaction with scanners and tracking tools to maintain precise inventory.
- Keep work zones clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Complete regular equipment checks and report maintenance needs without delay.
- Partner with coworkers to meet operational goals and time-sensitive deadlines.
- Share your know-how by helping train new drivers on safe, proper operation.
What it takes
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Demonstrated experience on a reach truck or similar industrial equipment.
- Valid forklift certification is required.
- Strong eye for detail and a safety-driven approach.
- Comfortable with a fast pace and the physical demands of warehouse work.
- Effective communicator who thrives in a team environment.
