ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily sales operations and client service standards at our Fairfax location.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our reach and better protect the local community.
Mentor and support our sales producers, helping them hone their skills and reach their personal milestones.
Foster a workplace culture that prioritizes clear communication, mutual support, and excellence.
Build and maintain relationships with local business owners and community partners.
Analyze performance reports to identify areas where we can improve our service delivery and efficiency.
RequirementsActive Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Five or more years of experience managing insurance agency operations or high-performing sales teams.
Deep understanding of state-specific insurance regulations and carrier underwriting guidelines.
Strong command of agency management systems and data-driven performance tracking tools.
Expertise in developing and executing localized sales strategies.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide licensed staff toward professional growth.
