We are a locally owned tag and title company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our small but close knit team as a Title Specialist.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys paperwork, repetition, organization, likes learning the “why” behind processes, and is looking for a long-term position with stability and room to grow . No two days are exactly the same so you must be flexible and adaptable. We are looking to train and dedicate time to the right person who wants to learn all aspects of the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and process vehicle title, registration, and repossession paperwork
• Handle daily DMV visits to submit and retrieve work- must confirm all documents are completed correctly
• Track repossession inventory and maintain organized records
• Communicate professionally and patiently with DMV staff and clients
• Perform data entry and update internal systems to monitor document progress
• Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks as needed
• Help keep our small office running smoothly day-to-day
• Eventually learn other aspects such as billing, tag and title, etc.

• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks but also in a collaborative environment and apart of a greater team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems, typing, etc.
