Invoice Clerk - Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process invoices in a timely manner
- Accurately input and update invoice information
- Verify all PO-related parts charges are properly included on invoices
- Collaborate with technicians to resolve questions regarding parts purchases
- Generate and maintain invoice reports
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
