Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting middle school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year! This role focuses on grades 6–8 and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on learners’ communication skills and overall academic success. With a manageable caseload of approximately 55 students, you’ll provide targeted support in a collaborative school environment—either onsite or via teletherapy, depending on student needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current state licensure or eligibility; CCC preferred, but CFY candidates will be considered
• Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus
• Demonstrated proficiency with middle school-aged students (grades 6–8)
• Comfortable providing teletherapy services if needed
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in grades 6–8
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs), maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy both onsite and via teletherapy platforms
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to maximize student success
• Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
