Non-CDL Box Truck Driver & Move Crew Lead

Picture a day where you’re the first face a customer sees on moving day. You run a quick vehicle check, rally your crew, and guide a 26ft box truck through the city with confidence. At each stop, you lead by example—protecting furniture, mapping the path through hallways, and checking inventory so every item arrives exactly as it left. You wrap up with accurate paperwork and a satisfied customer who just had the easiest move of their life.
What You’ll Do
- Operate 26ft box trucks and other non-CDL vehicles with safety and care
- Load, unload, and transport household goods and furniture
- Lead and support moving crews on residential and commercial jobs
- Deliver standout customer service throughout the move
- Complete all required paperwork and vehicle/crew inspections accurately
What You Bring
- A valid driver’s license and an active DOT medical card
- Previous experience in household goods or furniture moving is required
- Strength and stamina to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
- Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
Compliance and Screening
- Clean background check (no felonies or major driving violations)
- Must pass a drug screen, including THC
Proficiency
You should be proficient in:
- DOT Medical Card
