What You’ll Do – Your Role with CARE

As an HVAC Installation Technician, you’ll bring comfort and safety into our customers' homes. But this job is more than just installations—it’s about doing right by others, being a trusted expert, and making a difference.

• Curiosity – Learn and grow continuously. Stay up to date with HVAC innovations like multi-speed systems, zoning, and IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) enhancements. Offer educated insights to customers and teammates.

• Ambition – Take ownership of every install and pursue excellence on every job. Set service leads when systems show signs of age or failure, always looking for ways to help the homeowner.

• Responsibility – Ensure every system is installed cleanly, completely, and to code. Maintain proper documentation and uphold AllTech's high-quality standards in your workmanship and client interactions.

• Empathy – Be the kind of technician homeowners trust. Explain systems clearly, answer questions with patience, and respect the spaces you work in.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Install and upgrade HVAC systems in residential settings

• Collaborate with install teams to meet project timelines and standards

• Ensure all work is compliant with local codes and manufacturer guidelines

• Educate customers on new systems and available upgrades

• Set service leads and build bridges for future customer care

• Represent AllTech with integrity, professionalism, and heart

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience

• EPA Certification (Required)

• Solid mechanical troubleshooting and field awareness

• A strong work ethic and pride in doing things right the first time

• Professional communication and a customer-first mindset

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to lift 50+ lbs

• Willingness to climb ladders and work in crawl spaces

• Commitment to safety, honesty, and team success
