Dental Hygienist at Fee for Service Office with Friendly Team and Patients!
We are a fee-for-service boutique dental practice seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Our office is known for friendly team members, loyal patients, efficient systems, and a professional environment focused on exceptional service.

Our ideal candidate:
- Has a desire to grow and learn more about comprehensive dental care.
- Has a current dental hygiene license in Virginia and an experienced skillset that sets them apart as a gentle, conscientious provider.
- Enjoys conversations and knows how to lead a patient to optimal dental health
- Loves organization, clear communication, and building long-term patient relationships
Schedule: 1-2 days per week. This could be any combination of days from Monday-Thursday, you tell us! 7:30 AM -4:30 PM with morning huddle at 7:45 AM and lunch from 12 PM - 12:30 PM.
Competitive pay based on experience. Benefits after 90 days:
- Free dental care and Botox/Xeomin for you and your immediate family (lab and material fees excluded)
- 1 week PTO + 7 paid holidays

- Team bonding events 2–4 times per year (bowling, painting, happy hour, etc.)
We offer advanced and cosmetic dental services for all ages including Invisalign, Bioclear, ICON resin infiltration, veneers, laser dentistry, Botox/Xeomin, and EMS Guided Biofilm Therapy.
