- Ability to interact with the team to gather, interpret, analyze, develop recommended strategies and present information.
- Compliance with Company policies and procedures, legal, regulatory and customer requirements.
- Prepare, negotiate and manage complex proposals/contracts across domestic environments.
- Provide guidance to the Program and Operation teams on government and commercial contracting solutions.
- Cross functional collaboration with Program Management, Finance, Operations and Quality teams.
- Management/supervisory experience being responsible for a small team of 2 to 4 direct reports.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of, and experience with, FAR and DFAR regulations.
- Proven ability to lead and close complex negotiations requiring Current Cost or Pricing Data and proposal certification.
- Experience with agreements to support business development, program management and engineering development teams (ex. NDAs, teaming agreements, etc.).
- Experience dealing with the US Government and major maritime industry companies, as your customer.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to prepare letters, spreadsheets and presentations.
- Experience with development and submittal of proposals in response to complex RFP's.
- Experience with various USG agencies (especially the US Navy).
Full-Time Salary Range: $107952 - $183518 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
