What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home appointments

• Inspect roofing needs and educate customers on available solutions

• Build trust and deliver professional sales presentations

• Guide homeowners through the sales process from consultation to close

• Maintain strong follow-up and customer communication

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure excellent customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills

• Comfortable meeting with homeowners face-to-face

• Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented

• Self-disciplined with strong follow-up skills

Preferred:

• Previous in-home sales, roofing, construction, or commission sales experience is a plus

• However, we’re willing to train the right motivated candidate
