Cashier - Big Buns

Responsibilities:- Greet guests warmly, provide menu information, and assist with any questions they may have.
- Accurately process orders and handle transactions, ensuring all payments are completed smoothly.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including stocking supplies and keeping the area tidy.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. • Uphold food safety and quality standards, following all procedures to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Excellent customer service is essential. Cashiers should have strong interpersonal skills, be friendly, patient, and able to effectively communicate with customers.
- Cashiers need to be accurate when processing transactions, handling cash, and recording sales. Attention to detail is crucial to avoid mistakes.
- Familiarity with using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems is important. This includes knowing how to count money, provide correct change, and operate relevant equipment.
- Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.
- Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day.
- Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment.
