Alleghany Highlands Community Services provides services and support to individuals in our community with behavioral health challenges and intellectual and developmental disabilities. This full-time position is responsible for maintaining a clean work environment for Agency facilities. The incumbent maintains general cleanliness of the interior of the building including vacuuming carpeted areas, sweeping and/or mopping the tiled areas, maintenance of floors, disinfecting bathrooms, and emptying all trash cans and shredders.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma/GED (required)
- Valid Driver's License (required)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily tasks include: sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, removing trash from offices, cleaning countertops, tables, appliances, and disinfecting bathrooms
- Weekly tasks include: dust, clean entrance glass and doors, empty shred bins
- Other general cleaning tasks may be assigned, including deep cleaning
