Service Greeter

We’re hiring a Service Greeter to be the first point of contact for our automotive service customers. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced dealership environment.

If you have strong customer service skills and enjoy working around vehicles, this is a great opportunity to join a professional automotive service team and grow within fixed operations.

Schedule:

Week 1: Monday–Friday

Week 2: Tuesday–Saturday

Start Date : ASAP (Immediate Need)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome service customers at their vehicle
• Begin the service check-in process using a company-provided iPad
• Escort customers to their assigned Service Advisor
• Assist with vehicle check-in, including taking multiple vehicle photos
• Park service vehicles safely and efficiently on the lot
• Deliver keys to technicians and service staff
• Provide a professional, friendly first impression of the dealership
• Follow dealership safety procedures and service lane processes

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to safely drive and park customer vehicles
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependability and attention to detail
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Previous customer service or automotive experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with dealership or service department operations(preferred)
