CAD Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Create detailed item and assembly blueprints for fabrication using AutoCAD and solid modeling tools.
• Generate precise geometry and .dxf files for laser-cut components.
• Collaborate with the Processing Department team to design and refine lighting and furniture products.
• Apply knowledge of metal fabrication and other materials (steel, aluminum, acrylic, wood) to support production.
• Ensure work quality, problem-solving, and timely completion of assigned design tasks.

CAD Operator Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; solid modeling experience preferred.
• Ability to create accurate item and assembly blueprints for fabrication.
• Metal fabrication knowledge or hands-on experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and pride in producing high-quality work.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or design training is a plus.
