Client Success Sales Specialist / Inside Sales – DX1Location: Hybrid (3 days in the Norfolk, VA office / 2 days remote)

Recreational Dealership Solutions is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our DX1 team. In this role, you’ll partner with existing dealership customers to expand their use of DX1’s solutions by upselling additional products and services. Your work will directly drive revenue growth while fostering long-term, consultative relationships with our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct high-volume prospecting

• Educate dealerships on DX1’s full suite of products and services

• Identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and set clear expectations

• Consistently log activity and maintain accurate records in Salesforce

• Provide weekly updates to management on activity, pipeline health, and progress toward sales goals

• Stay current on DX1’s ancillary products, industry trends, and competitive landscape

This role offers a base salary of approximately$40k annually plus commission. Compensation factors include geography, experience, education, job demands, job market, etc. Additional benefits for full-time employees include medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account; 401k, company match up to 4% fully vested on day one of employment; paid vacation, company holidays and sick leave; corporate discount opportunities.
