ServiceNow Business Analyst

Our client, an established IT Services organization, are hiring a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join the team on a contract basis in Virginia. The successful candidate will lead the analysis of business requirements, convert them into effective ServiceNow solutions and deliver training to both end users and administrators, while also serving as the key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams and users to drive successful implementation and sustained platform adoption.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document detailed business requirements for enterprise workflow platform implementations.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews and process discovery sessions.

• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories and process documentation.

• Support configuration and enhancement of ServiceNow modules.

• Assist in workflow design, business rules configuration and process automation.

• Analyse and document system integration points and data flows.

• Produce and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.

• Create process flow diagrams and supporting documentation.

• Collaborate closely with technical teams, developers and product owners within Agile/Scrum environments.

• Identify opportunities to optimise workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Skillset

• Proven background working as a ServiceNow Business Analyst.

• Hands-on experience with connected workplace and asset management platform solutions.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and other relevant ServiceNow modules.

• Demonstrated expertise in requirements elicitation and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience creating and delivering user training and supporting documentation.

• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks.

• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation abilities.

• Experience supporting Nuvolo connected workplace platform implementations is a plus.

• Industry experience within Healthcare, Facilities Management or Enterprise Asset Management environments is a bonus.
