- BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree - Occupational Therapy
- Occupational Therapist License (OT) - Virginia
- NBCOT Certified Occupational Therapist - Certifications - National Board Certification In Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Previous occupational therapy experience (preferred)
- Ortho and neuro experience (preferred)
