Salesforce Administrator

Overview

Our client in Richmond, VA is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support a recently launched Salesforce Service Cloud environment. This is a hands-on, collaborative role focused on configuration, user support, and ongoing platform enhancements. This position is ideal for a mid-level Salesforce professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders and being actively involved in solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Salesforce using declarative tools (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, security settings, and page layouts)
• Support integrations with external systems in partnership with developers and architects
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and business stakeholders
• Participate in client meetings, including onsite sessions in the Richmond area
• Troubleshoot system issues, test solutions, and assist with deployments
• Document system configurations and adhere to established delivery standards

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience
• Experience supporting or implementing Salesforce integrations
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
• Comfortable in a client-facing, collaborative environment
• Must be located in or near Richmond, VA and able to work onsite 2–3 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification

This is a Contract position based out of Richmond, VA.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
