Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

You will provide skilled therapeutic care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and document patient progress to support safe discharge and improved functional outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Demonstrated competence in documentation, patient evaluation, plan of care development, and restorative/skilled interventions for geriatric populations preferred.
