What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)- Run residential-only service and maintenance calls
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Explain issues clearly and give homeowners honest options
- Deliver a clean, professional customer experience
- Work with a team that actually has your back (dispatch, parts, management)
- Strong dispatch & support — less chaos, more efficiency
- Steady, year-round work — no feast or famine
- Real earning potential — not just a number in an ad
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- EPA Certification (required)
- Solid communication — you can talk to homeowners without making it awkward
- Pride in your work and doing things the right way
- Valid driver’s license & clean record
- $50,000–$100,000+ earning potential (hourly + incentives)
