Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain robotic welding equipment and cobots.
• Program and troubleshoot robotic welding systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality inspections of welded components to meet industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve welding processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Document production data and report any issues to management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in welding preferred.
• Proven experience in robotic welding or cobot operation.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with programming languages for robotic systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
