Palm Health Resources is hiring experienced Inpatient Hospitalist trained Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in Chesapeake, VA!

These are Nocturnist positions 100% Nights!

Candidates must be a Physician Assistant or Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioners. This is permanent position!

Work at a prestigious Magnet Status hospital with over 200 beds featuring all patient-friendly private rooms and specializing in orthopedic, gynecological and urological services including an orthopedic hospital, which has 48 beds dedicated to specialized orthopedic care. The hospital offers a full-service Emergency Room with a dedicated observation unit, Critical Care, GI, and Oncology services. It also encompasses a Family Maternity Center.

Highlights Include:

â—�Join established group of 18 doctors and 2 APPs

â—�Night position supporting swing and night doctor, MRTs and admissions with some cross coverage calls after 2am

â—�Alternating schedule with other APPs

â—�Onboarding with direct training from doctor and APPs with goal to proficiently admit and handle complex issues

â—�Case mix of medical and some surgical/OB

â—�Open ICU with inhouse overnight critical care coverage
