1 Screen, review, and process bulk upload files provided by various entities and resolving problems associated with incomplete loads prior to uploading to a ship's CSMP. Report results via MFOM/AWN.
2 Complete up-lines, downloads and management of Model Base Products System (MBPS).
3 Screen and process Planned Maintenance Feedback and other reports.
4 Provide guidance with development thru processing of Advanced Change Notice (ACN).
5 Support Maintenance University (MU) and Center for Service Support (CSS) 3M System Coordinator courses.6 Submit ship reporting ASI file processing corrective steps and provide technical assistance as required to N43 as it pertains to afloat and ashore MDS including:
Afloat Maintenance Data System (MDS)
Naval Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (N-MRO)
Automated Work Notification (AWN)
Ship's Naval Tactical Command Support System (R-Admin, R-Supply, Organizational Maintenance Management System
Next Generation (OMMS-NG))
Mission Readiness Assessment System
Ashore MDS
Maintenance Figure of Merit (MFOM) Family of Systems
Advanced Industrial Management for Regional Maintenance Centers (RMC)
Validation, Screening, and Brokering (VSB)
Maintenance Resource Management System (MRMS)
Planned Maintenance System Management Information System (PMSMIS)
7 Submit updates and reports to N43 leadership on the responsibility for 3M support to the fleet including
NAVSEA, shipyards, supply centers, TYCOMS, and other activities.
8 Track and report status to N43C on PMS Scheduling (SKED software) and Current Ship's Maintenance Project (CSMP).
9 Track and maintain the screening and processing of FBRs and ACNs via PMSMIS.
10 Provide on-site subject matter expert response to in-person, telephone or e-mail inquiries or concerns regarding 3M Shore Maintenance Management during normal office hours if not already engaged in out of office 3M Shore Maintenance Management matters.

Education/Certification Requirements:

Ten (10) years naval shipboard work experience as military, civil service, or contractor supporting USN surface ship operation and/or maintenance Served one tour as either a command 3MC and/or TYCOM/ATG 3M inspector. Qualified in NEC 811A (or equivalent military/civilian experience) and/or PQS 43241(series) watch station 307.
Five (5) years experience in conducting and/or reviewing compliance audits, certifications, and assessments.
Must have or be able to obtain a secret clearance
