Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Must have at least 2 years' experience, active VA license, DEA, and prior pain management clinic experience preferred.
- Conduct patient interviews, physical exams, review imaging, and develop treatment plans with compassion.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe therapies, and educate patients on their care.
- Perform or assist with pain procedures like injections.
- Accurate documentation, compliance with licensing, and adherence to protocols are essential.
- Position requires travel between Suffolk and Chesapeake, VA, and relocation before starting.
