Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead all aspects of commercial operations, ensuring seamless execution of large-scale moving and logistics services.

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and increase service quality across regional and national accounts.

• Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and frontline staff, building a culture centered on accountability, safety, and customer focus.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, HR, and Fleet Management to ensure operational alignment with business goals.

• Analyze KPIs and financial performance to identify areas of improvement, drive profitability, and support decision-making.

• Ensure full compliance with DOT regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.

• Lead contract management, vendor negotiations, and resource allocation for commercial projects.

• Support and scale operational capabilities to accommodate business expansion and emerging service lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of operations leadership experience, ideally in logistics, transportation, or commercial services.

• Proven ability to manage multi-site teams and high-value commercial accounts.

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and P&L statements.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a hands-on, data-driven approach.

• Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

• Experience navigating complex regulatory environments and safety protocols.
