Part Time Hotel Front Desk Agent
:
We are actively looking for a Part Time Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team.
We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days per year including weekends and holidays.
This position will be two overnight 8 to 10 hour shifts anf two evening shifts per week, but other shifts may be available and can be a combination of mornings, afternoons and evenings.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Checking guests in/out
- Posting charges, accepting payments
- Making reservations
- Assisting guests on local area
- Assisting guests with anything they may need during their stay
- Maintaining a good working relationship with all departments
- Settling credit cards
- Checking for any errors, documenting and correcting
- Superior customer service skills are a must
- Must be detail-oriented
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Self-motivated
- Honest and reliable
- Outgoing attitude and personality
- Must be willing to do the right thing, all the time
