Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist II to support our client’s team in Fredericksburg, VA . This is a full-time, 13-week contract.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist II to join a busy Patient Service Center (PSC) in Fredericksburg, VA. This is a full-time onsite opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

You will be part of a small, collaborative team, working alongside one other phlebotomist, supporting high patient volume with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform high-volume blood collection (35–40 draws/day)

· Work with pediatric and geriatric patients

· Provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced PSC environment

· Accurately label and process specimens

· Maintain detailed documentation and data entry

· Comply with all safety and infection control procedures

Skills & Qualifications :

· Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience (required)

· Proficiency in draws on pediatric and geriatric patients

· High School Diploma or GED (required)

Additional Information:

· Location: Fredericksburg, VA

· Job Type: 13-wks contract

· Pay Range : $21 - $25 hourly

· Shifts: Week Days| 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
