As a Front Desk Officer in a high-end retail location, you will welcome shoppers and team members, manage access and visitor logs, and support front-of-house operations with clear, professional communication. You will monitor the lobby and surrounding entry areas, respond to customer needs, and help identify and report security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Control access to the location by greeting and directing visitors, verifying identification and/or appointments, issuing visitor credentials and maintaining visitor logs.
• Monitor front desk activity, alarms and/or camera systems as assigned, and report unusual activity, hazards and/or policy violations to management and Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and assisting with coordination of response as directed.
• Support retail operations by assisting with queue management, loss prevention observations at entry points, and customer de-escalation when needed, while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet - preferred.
• Customer Service Experience - preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
