Job Description

IDS International is seeking a highly qualified Quality Assurance Lead to oversee secure site operations and ensure compliance with established protocols. This role requires a strong background in physical security and access control, with proven leadership in classified environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, operational discipline, and the ability to manage and improve quality standards across secure facilities.

Key Duties

• Oversee secure site operations and ensure compliance with established security protocols
• Monitor and enforce physical security and access control measures across facilities
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards for secure environments
• Conduct audits and inspections to verify adherence to ICD 705 and SCIF requirements
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance
• Supervise and provide guidance to security personnel and site leads
• Prepare detailed reports on quality findings, compliance issues, and operational performance
• Coordinate with government security representatives and stakeholders to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality assurance activities
• Support secure facility operations, including visitor management and video monitoring systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in physical security, access control, or military/law enforcement
• 2+ years in a supervisory or site lead role within a secure or classified environment
• Knowledge of ICD 705, SCIF access procedures, and secure operations protocols
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
• Familiarity with access control systems, VMS, and visitor access protocols
• High School diploma or bachelor's degree preferred
