Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our real estate projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in project management, and a passion for the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion

- Communicate project updates and status reports to senior management and clients

- Manage project resources, including contractors, vendors, and team members

- Conduct regular project meetings and provide guidance and support to team members

- Ensure project compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

- Proactively identify and address potential project risks and issues

- Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of real estate industry and project management best practices

- PMP certification is a plus
