Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mold Injector Machine Operator to join a team in Newport News, VA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring that our high-quality products are manufactured efficiently and safely. Responsibilities- Set up and operate mold injection machines according to specifications.
- Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
- Adjust machine settings based on production requirements.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products and report any defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
- Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably in mold injection.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
