Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $170,000 - $185,000

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
• Bread & Butter Dentistry
• Up to 17 patients per day
• Deliver high-quality, timely dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, crowns, bridges, prosthetics, endodontics, oral surgery, and emergency care.
• Lead and supervise dental hygienists and support staff; foster teamwork and a positive clinic environment.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, quality, productivity, and regulatory standards, including accurate charting and confidentiality.
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, vendors, and the dental team; ensure compassionate, professional care.
• Refer patients for specialty care as needed and ensure follow-up for continuity of care.

Requirements

• Clear and active Dentist license in the state of Virginia
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven expertise in modern dental practices, protocols, and clinical best practices.
• Proficient in office management, computer systems, software applications, and office equipment.
• Knowledge of JCAHO accreditation processes and compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
