Position : Cath Lab Technologist

Location : Reston, VA

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $15,000.

Relocation Assistance : Provided on a case-by-case basis.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cath Lab Technologist to join our team in Reston, VA. The ideal candidate will have the necessary certifications and at least one year of Cath lab experience in a hospital setting. This role involves a mix of regular shifts, rotating weekends, and on-call responsibilities to ensure the highest quality patient care.

Key Qualifications :

• RCIS or R.T. (R) (ARRT) certification.
• Basic Life Support Certification.
• Minimum of one year of Cath lab experience within a hospital setting.

Work Schedule :

• Shift Times: Rotating Weekends (8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 10-hour shifts or 5, 8-hour shifts).
• On-call availability: Yes, on-call duty is required.
• Approximately 60% of the month will involve being on call.
• Compensation while on call: $10 per on-call period, time and a half for hours worked when called in.

Cath lab technologists can be called in at any time during nights or weekends. A significant portion of patient workload and responsibilities will come from on-call duty.

Residence Requirement:

Must reside within a 30-mile radius of the hospital to meet on-call response times effectively.

Salary Range :

• $50.75 per hour (1 year of experience).
• $57.09 per hour (5 years of experience).
• $62.44 per hour (10 years of experience).
• $66.78 per hour (15 years of experience).
